Shriram Gore: Managing Director

A Management professional with more than 17 years of work experience, he is at the Helm of Affairs for the group “SHIVALIK”. A visionary by nature, he is brought the Company to the current heights solely on the basis of his vision and continous persistence to achieve the desired results. It is solely his persistence which has bought the Company here, from being a Electrical Industry Supplier to being a Electrical Consultant. The Company’s strategies guided by him into various segments, with an aim of de-risking Shivalik’s reliance on any one Industry, and has resulted in Shivalik’s wide presence in various segments of Industries. His amazing leadership abilities has motivated all employees and today the company has a pool of professionals which is a major strength of the company.

Also a management professional, she carries with her more than 15 years of work experience in various segments including Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain Management. She sphere heads the processes of the companies and also is primarily responsible for the financial health of the Company. Being a certified quality auditor (ISO) she is instrumental in ensuring quality standard practices being followed by us. She takes care of Shivalik’s Finance and Accounts and also is the Centre Head for ensuring the Companies Quality Policy- ISO 9001-2008. Her initiatives in terms of processes and systems have helped the Company in achieving the heights that it can see today.

Vandana Mallya Gore: Director

Hemchandra K Gore: Director – Marketing

An Engineering Graduate with more than 25 years of work experience in the Electrical Industry, he heads the marketing team. His past work experience includes stints with MNC’s viz Crompton Greaves Ltd., Havell’s India Ltd., Lapp Kable Ltd etc He has been instrumental in helping Companies to set up a launch pad in India with new products. His enriching experience in marketing has helped the Company in strategising the target market for SALES promotion and marketing of the various services of the Company.

An Engineering Graduate with 25 years of work experience with Blue Star Ltd. He was General Manager with Blue Star heading the ITD division. He has varied experience in project management and handling Overseas reputed leading multinational companies. He is handling Technical Support and is the technical consultant for all our projects. His experience of project management has brought in the professional approach toward project Execution along with other aspect like safety. He has devised Safety policies and manuals for the organisation.

Partho Mitra

Damodar Mallya

Engineering Graduate with 22 years of work experience with Blue Star Ltd. He was Assistant General Manager handling Techno commercial aspects of the project. His experience has brought in technical initiatives by getting latest technological advances in project Management. He heads our team of Project Executives and his leadership abilities has ensured a systematic approach towards Project Execution.

A graduate from National Defense Academy and an MBA from NMIMS, he has been the Global Head of OD with TCS. Is an expert in enhancing inclusiveness and acceptance of change. Has trained and mentored change agents globally, with a focus on Business Process improvements and Culture change to improve top and bottom lines while spurring innovation and growth. His OD services have helped the Company scale great heights and has bridged the gap of the growing need of the Company’s Team Co-ordination and effective communication. He is the pillar responsible for grooming and motivating Shivalik’s team of Professionals.
